Expose MapLibre compass and scale bar #5295
Description
We should expose attributes to turn on the north arrow and scale bar in Mapbox subplots: https://docs.mapbox.com/mapbox-gl-js/api/markers/#navigationcontrol and https://docs.mapbox.com/mapbox-gl-js/api/markers/#scalecontrol ... seems similar to when we added attribution ?

Hello, are there any forseeable plans on adding this? 🙏

Note: plotly.js now uses MapLibre rather than Mapbox, but it seems the same features are available in MapLibre:
https://maplibre.org/maplibre-gl-js/docs/API/classes/NavigationControl/
https://maplibre.org/maplibre-gl-js/docs/API/classes/ScaleControl/
Would be cool to expose these.
