Dangling timed notification, (aka why won't that thing dismiss) #327

So we found this issue in v2v...
where yah get a dangling notification when all are on a timer (> 1 notifications, everyone persistent=false), usually the last notification remains. This is annoying because all were set to dismiss, why didn't the last one dismiss!! 😭 👎
