Bug - Button - Circle button doesn't support <Icon> wrapped icons #8516

Describe the problem
This is an issue with

In PatternFly React, using the component with a size to wrap an icon results in an off-center icon.

        icon={

          <RhUiAddCircleFillIcon />
        </Icon>
      }
        aria-label="Add secondary circle variant example"
      />

Expected behavior
I'd expect it to still be centered.

Is this issue blocking you?
It impacts the ChatBot migration to the round buttons, but it's not really high priority.
