Our goal is to achieve a combination layout using a non-PatternFly masthead and footer and a PatternFly page/drawer as seen in . This was previously implemented by the Hummingbird project and is being used in Lightwell. We are looking for a more consistent way for products to reproduce this layout.
The goal of this spike is to test the feasibility of moving the scrollbar in the PatternFly Page component.
