At some point, the drag and drop component in React added a button with the draggable icon. This is not currently optional (but was not there in the deprecated drag and drop).
Core examples don't show the draggable icon button so we don't have parity with the current React implementation.
Any other information?
Related to #7882, which is asking for the grab cursor to be added to the draggable item.
