Block library fixes.

• Scroll position no longer jumps on hover in the block library on Chromium browsers (#329)
• Removed the garbled keyboard hint from the block library footer

File name retention across sessions.

• Save no longer falls back to the default file name after a reload: the autosave keeps the working file's name, and restoring a session re-attaches it (#327)
• On Chromium the file handle itself is persisted, so Save writes back to the original file after a restore (permission re-prompt included)
• Firefox/Safari download fallback suggests the correct name again

Reworked block icons.

• All 80 blocks now have an icon (Alias, Atan2, Divider, Wrapper, Equal, GreaterThan, LessThan and Interface were missing)
• Unified icon geometry and stroke weight across plot, symbol and math icons
• ADC/DAC, TransferFunctionZPG, RandomNumberGenerator, Log10 and AntiWindupPID are no longer visually identical to other blocks
