Introduces a ComposeDialog abstract class to unify Compose-based dialog implementations. Refactors TranslatorCredentialsDialog and GoogleTranslatorSettingsDialog to extend ComposeDialog, simplifying their structure and lifecycle. Updates IdeTextField to support secure input and improves code consistency in form controls. Minor UI and code cleanups are also included.
