Following the implementation choice of 2ce9b39, I added the support for specific
region,sslEnabledands3ForcePathStyleconfiguration values.We should consider supporting the entire
ClientConfigurationobject potentially throughpackage.jsonconfiguration, hence modifying oclif-config project.
