EF Redshift inserting creates SQL with unsupported RETURNING syntax #544

Redshift does not support the "INSERT INTO ... VALUES ... RETURNING syntax. When trying to save changes to an Entity Framework DbSet, the SaveChanges() function throws a syntax error exception complaining about "RETURNING" because the sql generated uses the above syntax.
