I think we should not have removed the strategic initiative, it lacks a champion at the moment, but updating V8 is still a strategic priority of the project

This would need a follow-up PR for the README > Release keys section to remove the keyserver retrieval instructions:

gpg --keyserver hkps://keys.openpgp.org --recv-keys 8FCCA13FEF1D0C2E91008E09770F7A9A5AE15600 # Michaël Zasso

so that it is aligned with the preceding text list of "Primary GPG keys for Node.js Releasers".

The key is already listed in the folded section "Other keys used to sign some previous releases".
