  1. Multiple content headers; curl code/http code 

    Allow passing multiple header values through multi_*() post/get method
calls.

Response return value semantics changed. One should always check .retval
to see if equal to -1. If so, then .code will be libcurl error code,
otherwise code will be HTTP response value. This was the easiest way I
could see to not have valuable libcurl messages swallowed by wrapper.
