CMake example

Example project which demonstrates various CMake features.

• CDash testing dashboard (probably empty but you can submit your test result to it)

mkdir build
cd build
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=/tmp/foo ..
make && make test && make install
