It's currently not actively supported. For example, just recently it received update to django 1.4, while django 1.5 is out for a while already.

Fixing the link for readthedocs is definitely important, but the added commentary probably isn't appropriate here. |

Well, at least please remove comment that it's "actively maintained". In recent project that I participated we periodically had headaches and had to do manual security-patching of our django because of it's non-maintainancy. |
