Brings the repo in line with PV2: the free-threaded build is a matrix entry, not a separate job.
pytest-freethreadedduplicated a matrix entry step for step. It is folded intopytestas3.14t, keeping its GIL check as a step gated on that entry. Thefloorsmatrix already lists3.14t, so the two now agree (CI6).Locally on 3.14t: GIL disabled,
just test-ci818 passed at 100 % coverage.
