No CRS is saved in .TIFF files? #2

Describe the bug
This relates to the feature-full-rules branch.
Seems like the files in results/{shape}/area_potential_{tech}.tif have no CRS saved, which breaks further processing...
To Reproduce
Just produce results/{shape}/area_potential_{tech}.tif for any country and try to open the file with rioxarray.
Any attempt to reproject will result in a failure
area_potential = rxr.open_rasterio("resources/user/rooftop_pv/MEX.tif").squeeze()
area_potential.rio.reproject("EPSG:4236") # Breaks here!Expected behavior
