  1. Better use of cross-env 

    The "test:mocha-memory-performance" npm script uses cross-env, but "test:mocha-coverage" did not.

This helps ensure better cross-platform dev support.

  2. Optimize Dead Code Injection by limiting unnecessary work 

    We can check if a node is a valid collected block statement before we clone it.

Also, we only need to collect enough statements to cover the amount of dead code we're going to inject.
