Description:

Set up the workflow from dev to master. Features in development will be merged to dev.

'Device Simulator Express: Deploy to Board' -> 'Device Simulator Express: Deploy to Device'
Corrected command in read.me
modifying the indentation to match the rest of the structure
one last spacing to fix.
Update package.json for marketplace
Bumps [lodash.template](https://github.com/lodash/lodash) from 4.4.0 to 4.5.0.
