    Karthik Nadig (@karthiknadig) how do I repro the dialog / notification showing up?

    For this particular case you will need a linux environment. Ensure that the environment does not have python*-dist (basically get rid of the distutils package). Then try to use create environment.

    @rzhao271

    I uninstalled python3-distutils and creating an environment still worked 🤔

    Raymond Zhao (@rzhao271) Try deleting it from the location where python is installed.
