    @Tyriar

    Can you provide some steps for a Python noob to verify this?

    1. create a test with print output
    2. have the test be one that fails
    3. run the test
    4. check "python test logs"
    5. make sure you can read the output
    def test_add():
        print("text here,text here,text here,text here,text here,")
        assert add(1,2) == 4

    How do you instantiate a test in python? also, are there steps to run as a test?

    once you are in a python file you should see the test explorer icon come up on the side! Make sure your file is named "test_*" so it gets discovered.

    you will then see all the tests found on that panel, you can click run on tests from there.
