Fixes microsoft/vscode-java-debug#1246

Before:

  • Always use the simple name and eval will fail due to unresolved type.
old_behavior_in_debug_console.mp4

New:

  • For the imported types or types from sample package, use the simple name
  • For the unimported types, use the fully qualified name
