Not emitting leading comments of '}' of function declaration

Old compiler emitted leading comments of the '}' of the function/Constructor body but new one doesn't

function load_parameter() {

    // do nothing......or....maybe run a compile here?
}
```

Expected:

``` javascript
function load_parameter() {
    // do nothing......or....maybe run a compile here?
}
```

Result:

``` javascript
function load_parameter() {
}
```
