Feat: Add Windows support / compatibility for Codex plugin #46

Hi, I am currently using Windows and trying to install the skillOpt Codex plugin. However, I noticed that it doesn't seem to support the Windows ecosystem at the moment.

Expected Behavior

It would be great if the Codex plugin could be adapted or built to be compatible with Windows environments, allowing Windows users to utilize its features smoothly.
