Improve the error message when using @Qualifier in 2 step mapping methods #2135

1.4.0.Beta1 has become more restrictive where it comes to qualifiers. Methods involved in 2 step mappings should both carry the annotation when using qualifiedBy. The behaviour was vague / undefined in 1.3.1
