Note: to generate Noir projects w/ Clojure 1.3 using Leiningen you can use this plugin:

lein plugin install rplevy/lein-noir 1.3.0

You can find the documentation at the official site. Otherwise, you can generate the latest documentation with Marginalia yourself:

lein marg    

Just run the application :) Otherwise look at the tasks.txt file.
