Fix Plex album artist loading

merge upstream v1.11.0, Plex artist image upload disabled via feature…

… gate

Upstream adds Navidrome artist image upload/delete, lyrics refresh button,
FLAC default transcoding, and translation updates. Plex server does not
declare ARTIST_IMAGE_UPLOAD feature, so the upload UI is automatically
hidden for Plex users.

increase Node heap to 8GB for CI builds to fix React Compiler OOM
