[WIP] Introducing Layout Mode - #529

Proposed changes

With the layout mode we clean up the small chaos in the properties tab for all components.
Same time we used the cleanup to fix a number of small bugs here and there.

• Date & Time components with "better" close icon
• Date & Time components with translatable default text
• Control button component with better defaults
• JSON Schema Form with better Documentation
• Webmeeting form Updated and cleaned

Types of changes

• Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Documentation Update (if none of the other choices apply)

Checklist

• Lint and unit tests pass locally with my changes
• I have added tests that prove my fix is effective or that my feature works
• I have added necessary documentation (if appropriate)
• Any dependent changes have been merged and published in downstream modules
