Library to support long-running Background Processes
Create Shutdown code that supports registering GracefulShutdownable(s) ExecutorService
Support ExecutorService as a special ExecutorShutdownable
Plan on using Lightweight (Loom) Threads, but starting with a Executors.newCachedThreadPool()
for doing Background processing.
