Add a --debug flag to display additional details about the verification.
With this flag is enabled, LiquidJava should:

1. Display raw expressions in the error messages (unsimplified)
2. Display raw counterexamples (no filtering)
3. Log all expressions sent to the SMT solver in SMTEvaluator
