This is an api that implements Factual's v2 jsapi with a sql-like dsl.

default limit is 20 and default offset is 0
support operators: <,<=,>,>=,=,<>,!=,in,like,within(for $location),is(null or not null),search(for $fulltext)
NOTE: $fulltext and $location filters will always be applied on top level with 'and' no matter where you define them.
