Applied as biopython@fa8d945 (with the David it looks like you forked from Lenna's repository which means by default your pull requests go to her repository. GitHub can probably fix this if you email them, or you could delete and re-fork it from Biopython's version? |

Hi @lennax and @peterjc, here's a PR with nexus files that match the Concatenate Nexus example.
I also changed the URLs in the markdown. Unfortunately, I can't get the versions of Jekyll and Ruby I have on my computer to play together, so I haven't been able to test that paths work.
