The binary mode of fromstring is removed, use frombuffer instead #21

First i would like to say thank you for your good job.
And would like to report the issue that I got.

ValueError: The binary mode of fromstring is removed, use frombuffer instead
I have change it
img = np.fromstring(signedIntsArray, dtype='uint8')
but instead of video I see only the static image.

Looks the issue in numpy version.
