Can templates' chunks be named, to aid debugging? #12

I'm using etlua in a tiny static site generator because it's small and simple. I love it!

One issue I've run into is that when an error occurs during templating (e.g. trying to index a variable that is nil), it's not obvious which template is the culprit. It looks like etlua's load function can accept a name for the chunk, but this isn't wired up to compile in any obvious way that I could see.

I'm sure I can work around this, but is it possible to provide a name for templates to aid in debugging?
