- Replace GitHub Pages deployment with Cloudflare Pages using cloudflare/pages-action - Add lint, typecheck, build, and E2E tests to deployment pipeline - Deployment only proceeds after all checks pass - Update pr-checks.yml to exclude master branch (deploy.yml handles it) Requires CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN and CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID secrets to be configured.
