What

Complete domain migration of the marketing/docs site: every reference to agentdiff.lostmartian.in becomes https://agentdiff.app (26 files — CNAME file, SITE_URL constants, metadataBase/canonicals, sitemap, robots, JSON-LD, OG/Twitter). URL structure is unchanged.

Why

The project now owns agentdiff.app (registered on Cloudflare). The old subdomain reads as a personal site; the new domain is the product's permanent home and the base for SEO (Search Console verification, canonical consolidation) and the one-click installer.

How

  • Mechanical sweep + website/public/CNAME
  • Verified via static export: sitemap.xml and robots.txt render the new domain
  • Held until the user adds GitHub Pages DNS records (4× A + www CNAME, DNS-only), then merged; Pages auto-registers the custom domain from the CNAME file, user enables Enforce HTTPS
  • Token service already on the domain (token.agentdiff.app, feat(domain): token service live at token.agentdiff.app #41)

Testing

  • pnpm run build green; make lint green; zero old-domain references remain

Checklist

  • Build + lint green
  • No URL-structure changes (no duplicate-content risk)

…tadata

All 378 references to agentdiff.lostmartian.in become agentdiff.app:
CNAME file, SITE_URL constants, metadataBase/canonicals, sitemap,
robots, JSON-LD, OG/Twitter URLs. URL structure unchanged — no
duplicate-content risk. Site build verified (static export renders
the new domain into sitemap/robots).

Requires the user's Cloudflare DNS records (4x GitHub Pages A records
+ www CNAME) before merging, then Pages custom-domain + Enforce HTTPS.
