What

Site-wide website redesign under a (site) route group:

  • New pages: /features (technical deep dive with diagrams), /adapters, /action, /compare, /quickstart
  • Redesigned landing sections (Hero, ProblemSolution, FeaturesGrid, IntegrationShowcase, PRCommentShowcase, ClosingCTA)
  • Editorial, unboxed features page: LCS engine diagram, five right-aligned metric figures, horizontal adapter strip, tabbed Surfaces terminal
  • Header/Footer refresh, sitemap + OG images for new routes

Why

The old site was card-heavy and boxy; the new IA presents the product as a technical essay with diagrams that explain rather than decorate.

How

Next.js App Router route group (site) with shared layout; new SurfacesTabs, CodeBlock, AnimatedTelemetryHub components; build verified locally (all routes prerender).

Testing

  • pnpm build passes, all routes prerender statically
  • Verified /features returns 200 on dev server

Checklist

  • Conventional commit title
  • Website-only change (no product code touched)
  • Build green

Closes website milestone; related to roadmap website phase.
