Merge pull request apache#752 from ustcweizhou/BasicRestClientTest-fakelocalhost
use fakelocalhost in BasicRestClientTestBasicRestClientTest will fail if the port 443 is open on localhost. use fakelocalhost instead of localhost can fix it.
