refactor: remove deprecated code - #7778

Summary

• Remove deprecated code across 12 files (168 deletions, 0 additions). Pure cleanup — no behavior change for non-deprecated callers.

Background

Follow-up to #7610. All symbols here were marked @deprecated with removal scheduled for v3.1 / v3.2; most are overdue for v3.1. Targeting 3.2 so the v3.2-scheduled removals land alongside #7610's changelog placement.

Changes

• AsyncQueue\Process\ConsumerProcess: removed $queue backward-compat shim (deprecated since v3.1, use $pool).
• Database\Query\Builder: removed forceIndexes() (use forceIndex()).
• Database\PgSQL\PostgreSqlSwooleExtConnection & Db\PgSQL\PgSQLConnection: removed str_replace_once() (use strReplaceOnce()).
• Database\SqlServer\Grammar\SqlServerGrammar: removed compileTableExists().
• Di\ClassLoader: removed loadDotenv() (use DotenvManager) plus its now-unused Dotenv imports.
• Nacos\GrpcClient: removed hanldeNaming() typo alias (use handleNaming()).
• Swagger\Request\RuleCollector: removed (use ValidationCollector).
• Tracer\Adapter\HttpClientFactory: removed (use Reporter\HttpClientFactory).
• Tracer\Aspect\JsonRpcAspect: removed (use RpcAspect).
• ViewEngine\Contract\Enumerable: removed (use Hyperf\Collection\Enumerable).
• Watcher\Command\WatchCommand: removed legacy config/autoload/watcher.php fallback.

Note: str_replace_once() was also removed from Db\PgSQL\PgSQLConnection for consistency — it is the identical deprecated shim removed from the sibling PostgreSqlSwooleExtConnection, and was already gone on master.

Test Plan

• CI green (cs-check, phpstan, unit tests).
• Pure deletion of delegating/alias shims; no production caller beyond the deprecated entrypoints.

Risks

• BC break for consumers still calling these deprecated symbols — all were advertised via @deprecated (and runtime notices where applicable) since v3.0/v3.1.
