Demonstration of protocol documentation generation using TravisCI #16

I saw that the documentation on docs repo was outdated with regards to what is here.

Created 2 issues:

• Dat docs project: Dat Network Protocol specification needs to be updated
• Dat discussions project: Auto-generate protocol documentation from inline comments in schema.proto

And I have now created a demo of various documentation generation options using TravisCI and protoc-doc-gen. See the details here:

Currently no options usable, due to some small bugs, but interesting nonetheless. I created bug reports, and will keep my project hanging around

Ultimate goal would be to have the Spec automatically added to docs.datproject.org with proper ToC location and visual style.
