The media editor modal rendered without its intended styles, because the stylesheet it relies on was never registered in core. Registering the handle makes the modal display as intended. Developed in #12813 Props afercia, andrewserong, gulamdastgir04, mdridipu, ramonopoly, softglaze, wildworks.
