work as a local file #4

Running a local webserver is an absurd requirement for something as trivial.
This demo should easily work as a locally saved hta application, or even html file.
The js client library should not rely on postMessage between frames. Instead, use only http requests, no problems for hta, or forms targeting an iframe for post, jsonp for fetch results to enable even plain html to work.
