NetApp will be generated with v1 instead of v1beta1. Since the module has already been generated with v1beta1 files: https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-java/tree/main/java-netapp, we may need to make a few changes in the library's root pom to reflect the changes from v1beta1 -> v1.
This should be done when the new owl-bot changes for netapp v1 come in (on the next release cycle).
