Initial client library generation for cloudsupport:

python3.9 generation/new_client/new-client.py generate \
  --api_shortname=cloudsupport \
  --proto-path=google/cloud/support \
  --name-pretty="Google Cloud Support API" \
  --product-docs="https://cloud.google.com/support/docs/reference/support-api/" \
