    Add FormatSettings

    FormatSettings.TimeSeparator
    FormatSettings.ShortMonthNames

    Thank you.
    Just picked up this code (maintaining an older application) to work with the latest RAD Studio (Berlin).
    To get it to compile, others will have to change the definition of some 'string' arguments to 'AnsiString'. Hope this helps somebody.
