feat(cli): add verbose output to push and pull commands

Add -v/--verbose flag to git-bug push and pull commands for better user
visibility and debugging.

  • push command: verbose mode logs push details to stderr
  • pull command: verbose mode logs each operation to stderr, normal mode shows summary
  • Added comprehensive test coverage for both commands
  • Documentation updated automatically via build system

RetriggerConfidence Score: 4/5

The PR does not appear safe to merge until identity and bridge configuration reads respect repository-local scope.

Summary

The PR adds verbose push and pull output, pull summaries, success-path tests, and generated command documentation. Changes since the previous review also include broader cache, configuration, and change-notification work.

  • Pull now counts merge results after cache refresh.
  • Push reports its destination before attempting a verbose push.
  • Configuration-scope and cache-startup cleanup regressions need attention.

Add -v/--verbose flag to git-bug push and pull commands for better user
visibility and debugging.

- push command: verbose mode logs push details to stderr
- pull command: verbose mode logs each operation to stderr, normal mode shows summary
- Added comprehensive test coverage for both commands
- Documentation updated automatically via build system
Address feedback from the PR review regarding pull and push commands:

- Fix pull summary and exit status on merge failures: track failed entity
merges, include failed count in the summary output rather than claiming
"No new changes", and return an error from runPull when any merge fails.
- Fix pull verbosity output separation: suppress per-entity merge lines
on stdout during normal mode so only progress and summary are shown,
and emit per-entity details and summary to stderr in verbose mode.
- Log destination remote before pushing: log "Pushing to remote: <remote>"
in verbose mode before calling Backend.Push so network or authentication
  failures preserve target remote context.
- Remove unintended package-lock.json at the repository root.
- Add test coverage for successful push and pull flows, verbose stream
separation, and failed merge error reporting.
