Consider changing guide for running tests to be just pytest #2

DepHell is archived project with no acknowledged fork at https://github.com/orsinium/forks.
I suggest replacing that guide with just pytest.

Oops, I think I may have accidentally duplicated your issue in #6 just now. Perhaps these two requests are different enough that we could consider them separate.
Have you gotten a test environment running with pytest? If you don't mind helping me with that (more details in #6) I don't mind combining & including this work with that PR assuming I'm able to get my test environment running.
