WiFI limit short and long retry to 3; #2
Description
In the bufferbloat sub-project MakeWifi-fast there are a bunch of recommendations and driver tweaks.
Of course it depends what is available in the actual device /kernel version.
But one basic thing is allow TCP loat packets more consistently so that the congestion controls can do essential measures for the correct working of the network.

Retry limit in iwconfig has a short distance/latency to AP and long distance limit;
Try yourself at least limit the long to 2 or 3;
