Hello! Sätteri is a new remark / rehype alternative in Rust with JS plugins: https://github.com/bruits/satteri
It'd be cool to have expressive-code support. This PR adds that, by adding a new package that provides a satteri hast plugin, similar to the rehype plugin currently available.
