Implementation ideas

with the merge of da and other components into rollkit we need to add celestia json proxy to the repo into the da directory.

while doing the migration we should make sure all issues in the go-da repo are either closed or implemented based on what is needed. If there is a longer design needed for one issue we should recreate the issue in this repo and make sure its well document
