Solidity modifiers lack treatment in this format #313

Thus preventing debuggers from being able to infer useful information about execution through and around function modifiers invocations.

Mostly this can and probably should be addressed via existing mechanisms like invoke activations and regular variables contexts, but additional mechanisms are likely necessary to distinguish modifiers' uncanny-valley execution behavior from their more sane and normal cousins, functions.

I've started looking into this a bit; will post ideas as a comment later.
