an script for simply change wallpaper with cli

For set next wallpaper of a directory

slideFEH.sh /dirWithWallpaper/ up

For set previous wallpaper of a directory

slideFEH.sh /dirWithWallpaper/ down

For conserve set wallpaper after reboot add in bashrc

slideFEH.sh /dirWithWallpaper/

The dir may contain any file, the script check if a file is a image
